By accessing and using the services offered by Alf Nova Aesthetic Clinic ("the Clinic"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit any enquiry forms.
2. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are performed by qualified professionals after a formal consultation. Results may vary from person to person depending on individual skin type, condition, and compliance with post-treatment care instructions.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice may be charged at the Clinic's discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Your data — including name, contact details, and health information — is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
5. Treatment Consent
All aesthetic and medical treatments require informed written consent prior to commencement. By booking a consultation, you agree to undergo a thorough assessment. The Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or if there are contraindications to a requested procedure.
6. Payment & Refunds
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Package payments made in advance are non-refundable but may be transferred to other services at the Clinic's discretion. In case of a medical contraindication identified post-payment, a credit note will be issued.
7. Photography & Media
Before-and-after images may be taken for clinical records and, with your separate written consent, for educational or promotional use. You have the right to withhold this consent at any time without affecting the quality of your treatment.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the highest standards of care, aesthetic outcomes are not guaranteed. The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment results. Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered in the specific treatment session in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
